Beautiful antique giltwood mirror.
French; circa mid to late 1800's.
Made in wood with gesso decal; finished in a gold gilt.
Original mercury mirror plate; perfectly silvered.
Fabulous proportions; unusual to find in France!
Lovely original decorative piece.
Personally sourced in the Normandie region of France.

In excellent antique; as found condition. Solid frame; some historical loss to the gesso decal as shown, fabulous silvering to the mercury mirror plate; this has everything you could wish for from an antique french mirror.
A rare find!
This is an original antique and may well show signs of use and wear commensurate with age.
