Set of 6 Henredon Walnut Faux Bamboo Cane Dining Chairs – Mid-Century.

Fabulous; very rare set of six (6) dining chairs.
Attributable to Henredon, Hollywood, USA.
Circa 1970's.
Handcrafted walnut faux bamboo frames with gorgeous decorative cane work to the back rests.
The craftsmanship and attention to detail on the frames is phenomenal, finished with plush teal velvet upholstery.
Mounted upon splayed tapered front legs with square tapered legs to the rear
Set consists of two (2) carver chairs with armrests, and four (4) armless chairs.
Incredible set; quite something.
Approx. max, dims. H: 1020mm, W: Carvers: 570mm, Armless: 490mm, D: 560mm, SH: 440mm.
In excellent vintage; as found condition. Structurally solid and robust. Perhaps the odd mark or scuff to the frames in places through use over the years but nothing noticeable; no signs of damage or repair. Canework is excellent. Upholstery is excellent, no tears or marks. 
A really special find.
These are original vintage pieces and may well show signs of use and wear commensurate with age.
