Rare Full Set of Antique of Blue Enamel Kitchen Canisters. Early 1900's.
Unusual find these.
Full set of kitchen storage canisters.
Eight in total.
R to L: Sel (salt), Allumettes (matches), Sucre (sugar), Cafe (coffee), Farine (flour), The (tea), Epices (spices) and Poivre (pepper).
Tin canisters finished in a deep blue enamel with hand painted labels.
Lids to each with the exception of the Sel.
A rare set; to grace any setting.
Personally sourced from the Pays de la Loire region of France.
Approx. max. dims: Graduating canisters ranging from 190mm tall down to 110mm tall.
In excellent antique, as found condition. Signs of aging, a few chips to the enamel here and there as shown and a few light rust spots, but all of these add to the wonder of this beautiful set.
These are original antiques and may well show signs of use and wear commensurate with age.
