Beautiful French Antique Zinc Masthead Ship Lantern / Lamp. 1800's.

Stunning little lamp this.
An antique ships masthead lantern.
French dating circa late 1800's.
Made in zinc; weathered, coloured and beautifully aged; delivering a timeless aesthetic to this truely unique piece.
Once fired by oil, this is perfect for a candle that would project a warm glow through the magnified glass frontage.
Complete with original handle as shown.
Perfect for both indoors or out.
Just fabulous.

In excellent antique condition. Shows signs of use. Slight wear and surface rust as one might expect; however the resulting patina is immense.
This is an original antique and may well show signs of use and wear commensurate with age.
