Wood frame with gesso detailing; finished in a deep gold gilt.
Fabulously sized and proportioned.
Original mercury mirror plate, wonderfully silvered.
An exquisite mirror.
Sourced personally in the Normandie region of France.
Approx. max. dims: H: 655mm, W: 530mm, D: 50mm
In excellent antique; as found condition. Solid and robust frame, some very slight historical loss to the gesso in places, lightly silvered mirror plate, with original backboards.
Perfect decorative piece.
This is an original antique and may well show signs of use and wear commensurate with age.
