Beautiful little authentic confit pot this.
French from around the mid to late 1800's.
Hand thrown terracotta with decorative rim and handles.
Glazed internally.
Fabulous colour combination, a lovely piece of home decor.
Once used to store and preserve foodstuffs; now beautiful decorative pieces in their own right.
Personally sourced from the Novelle-Aquitaine region of France.
Approx. max. dims: H:230mm, Dia: 230mm
In excellent antique; as found condition. Maybe very slight marks to the exterior as one might expect. No signs of any damage or repair.
This is an original antique and may well show signs of use and wear commensurate with age.
